[Updated] Julien Kang discovered wandering the streets in his underwear + tested for possible drug use

Julien Kang (32) was belatedly reported to have been discovered loitering the streets in only his underwear on the afternoon of the 18th.

According to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency on the 25th, Julien Kang was found loitering the streets of Yeoksamdong, Gangnam on the 18th at 3 PM KST, and was noticeably in a confused state of mind. Onlookers reported him to the police seeing that something seemed off with him, especially by the way he was dressed, and the model-turned-actor was taken into the police station.

The police revealed that Julien Kang was discovered approximately 1km away from his residence and was dressed in just an undershirt and underwear with no pants on.

Julien Kang reportedly told the police, "After drinking alcohol with acquaintances last night from 11 PM - 4 AM KST, I returned home and don't remember anything after that... I don't understand why I acted in this way."

He was tested for narcotics on the 24th, for which the initial test came out negative. The police will, however, put in a request to the National Forensic Service for another more detailed test on possible drug use later today.

[UPDATE] -- His agency Show Brothers Entertainment rep denied that there was any drug use involved to Star News, "It is true that Julien Kang was brought into questioning by the police after being reported by a citizen for walking on a street in Yeoksamdong, Gangnam in a confused state and falling on the 18th... After confirming with him, he did not take narcotics so he said that he will confidently submit to investigation... The initial test results also came out negative."

According to another media outlet, agency reps also explained the background of the situation, commenting, "Julien Kang went to a club the day before for a group gathering with acquaintances. He didn't want to refuse the requests to drink so he kept drinking despite his low tolerance and ended up getting very drunk. Please just look past this as just a one-time occurence."

Although another rep even went as far as to deny that Julien Kang was not walking around in his underwear and that he was actually with his manager, an alleged video clip from a witness at the scene showed otherwise.
