If you've watched old-time Korean variety shows, you must know Kang Ho Dong's 'Match Made in Heaven' was one of the legendary shows!

The original show aired from October 2002-October 2003 and gave birth to variety stars such as Rain, Se7en, and Jeon Hye Bin. The show as MCed by Kang Ho Dong, and a team of female and male celebrities came out to woo each other for games.

According to broadcast insiders, MBC is currently making a second season of the show, 12 years later! One said, "'Match Made in Heaven' is going to add the house game survival 'Dong Go Dong Rak' format and be reborn as a new coupling reality show. They're working on a season 2."

There currently no details on when it will be broadcast, but the staff are preparing for the show to air by the end of the year. On whether Kang Ho Dong or Yoo Jae Suk will return as MC, the insider said, "There's nothing decided so far on the MC casting. They're keeping all options open as they cast."
