Yoona confirmed as the female lead for 'Nodame Cantabile'

Ugh! I don't like getting on allkpop and seeing this article--I must be too impatient or excited because I want to watch it already! Lol but I'll distract myself until it starts airing

Anyone as long as she has a magical aura, captivating when playing piano that's the most important thing.  Anyone who doesn't look too pretty, a girl next door type who becoming prettier when you stare at her long enough.

but nodame is supposed to be an average looking girl? yoona is too pretty.......

i never hate yoona, i love snsd esp tiffany wkwk. but i just dissapointing bcs korean wanna remake nodame cantabile. its my first time i watch jdorama and i always rewatch that dorama. no one can replace original version for me...

tbh, i dont want anything ro ruin this drama, the original was so perfect. bcs so many good mamories for me :))

no doubt!, actress Yoona can do this role very well. She's not afraid to make funny or weird gestures and expressions. She is not afraid to destroy her own beautiful face.
She is a young actress. very talented and INTELLIGENT, she only has 4 projects done, but in every one of her dramas has captured all the different characters very well. Yoona has few dramas but she can improve faster than many other actresses who have over 10 years working in the acting and having more than 14 projects made.
Many actresses are always repeating  the same role year after year, but Yoona is very different from those actresses, she is making different roles, it is important for a real actor making different roles. Now this is a new role therefore a new challenge for her and I think Yoona will work on this new role very well, she is known for being very dedicated and always give her best.
In present, she is one of the best actress-idols.

smh here. why don't u just stfu and wait until the drama comes out. she's really brave cuz she's willing to go out from her comfort zone. i really wish yoona all the best!  prove them wrong baby~

I don't hate Yoona, but seriously. This character is too hard for her, if this drama still start shooting with Yoona is the main character, so sad to say this you guys will receive nothing . Lee Bo Young or Han Hyo Joo is acting much much better then Yoona. This character asking for a lot of skill and acting experience, and Yoona just a new actress, too hard for her to play as this difficult character. I was so disappointed with Hana Kimi just around first 3 episodes. I hope the Producers can make a final decision that doesn't ruin their drama.

1st: I'm SURE that 85% people comment in this article never saw Nodame Cantabile.

2nd: I'm sure that 99.9999% haters in this article never saw one of Yoona's drama, therefore haters don't know her job. The haters just live of the delusions and lies. 

3rd: When was reporeted that Yoona confirmed as female lead for 'Nodame Cantabile' (NC), many people just started looking more information about this anime/manga/japanese drama increased gihly the number of searh, views and reproductions of NC 's videos/information in just 5 days. The NC's videos version anime/japanese drama were on youtub.e for many years but just now in just 5 days have increased fastest the views and reproductions, what does this mean? this mean that the prsence of actress/idol/model Yoona is doing that NC can be many more popular INTERNATIONALLY, i know that NC manga/anime/japanese drama had its own popularity, especially in Japana among fanatics of anime/manga/japanese drama, NUT NOW in just 5 days NC manga/anime/japanese drama have HIGHLY increased popularity internationally with the strong presence of Actress/Idol/Model Yoon, even among people who know nothing about anime/manga or japanese dramas. She is Amazing.

4th: No one can physically look like nodame, including Ueno Juri (actress Japanese), Ueno Juri sis not look like nodame anume/manga when began casting in japan, why? because people have a poor imagination can't see anuone like Nodame anime/manga when the drama japanese began then people freshly began to see her as nodame . The Nodame mnag/anime is just a cartoon, it's just a product of imagination, even the actress Ueno Juri had more weight that Nodame anime/manga, but matter? no, did not care, right! because no one can look exactly like the original picture until why us don't see the final product, that in until we dont see to actress "J or Y" playing that role, we can't see nodame, Physically, nodame manga/anime is not a pretty girl, her face is some chubby and her body is very finely thin, I think Yoona is too beautiful and attractive for nodame role, but that did not care because actress Yoona can do it very well, she is not afraid to destroy or break her pretty face and she is very good at acting.

TEHREFORE, STOP JUDGING, NOW!, when the drama begins airing then and just then we will begin to comment about if she looks or not looks like to Nodame anime/manga . ( original nodame  manga/anime, NOT nodame japanese version).

i don't like the plot, i don't like the remakes. BUT Yoona and Joo Won are awesome acting.

Yoona is very good actress! she can to do it very well.

It is confirmed that the author has nothing to do with the Korean casting Yoona will be cast. 

I won't judge Yoona I'll give her a try but her acting is mediocre and I find it insulting there giving away a very hard character to play to a idol.

I was so happy to hear that Do Hee was casted because I think she would make a good Nodame then I found out Yoona is playing Nodame...............

I'm not only doubting her skills but if she gets finalized for this for sure and she ruins the role.... I'm going to be flipping tables. SM you ruined it once already with Hana Kimi, so please do us a favor and don't ruin one of the best manga and drama once more... I beg please....

KBS Han Sung Woo PD, "Yoona is the likely cast for the female lead but we still need permission from the original producers. Because of that, we cannot confirm Yoona quite yet. The original producers want a 100% identical casting to Ueno Juri. We can't do anything if they say NO..--.... if is information true ..is obvious that they need to pick another "actress", because  yoona cant consider and "actress" only because she was in dramas .-_-, exist a limit to made "parodies" or try to reinvent a good dorama..because it need to be really actors and actress dont because they look pretty or handsome..really is not for these reasons..SM..~~ tsk.

sigh..SM really think that put in their artist in wery well know drama or in this case doramas..is made their more popular??...what is their obsesion to accept this??.. if she is not prepare..-_-..and hecchul admit the same that artist of SM lacks in acting , first was the desastrous..remake Hana kimi and know nodame contabile..seriously SM..

Nodame should have a bit of weight, bit chubby face. Yoona  have the carefree characteristic, but not nodame kind of face. 1st Idol come to mind is IU for me. IU have the nodame Face and Char and familiar with lots of musical instrument.

I admit that Yoona is good in acting. But no offense for Sones, I think she doesn't fit to be the 'Nodame'. No haters, its just my opinion.

I, as a Yoona fans, understand and accept the negative comments from Nodame Cantabile's fans to Yoona. I know is hard for you guys to accept a remake film of the Cantabile in Korea and the main cast is Yoona because of her goddess face and personality doesn't look like the Cantabile. But since Yoona's an actress, she would learn how to portrait like Nodame. In fact, she has to work really hard for this drama if she accepts it because this drama is truly a awesome J-manga and J-drama. As if yoona wants a good remake of this film, she really needs to work hard for it. But Nodame Cantabile's fans, can you guys please give a chance to Yoona to learn how to be as crazy and messy as Nodame?? Just a little cheering words will be awesome. If you never give a try to a person, how would you know this drama is going to be a failure? I'm not helping Yoona nor Cantabile's fans. I'm just hoping everyone that is now against Yoona can give a chance to her to have a try for it. I would accept negative comments through her if the drama is going to fail. Not as a stubborn fan or whatever, I just hope you guys can give a chance to her and give a little encouragement to her. To the Yoona haters, i know you guys wouldn't accept what i say, but it's okay. I can't change your mind, I just hope so you guys can give a chance to her. I bet this drama is going to be interesting as in Yoona and Joo Won is making a great couple and they're quite friend though :) Give a little hope on Yoona's acting although you can't.
