Both SISTAR and Girl's Day made a name for themselves as sexy girl groups, although they, of course, tackled the concept in different ways. �SISTAR showed off their healthy curves and glowing skin as they took on more powerful and mature tracks, whereas Girl's Day remained more feminine and soft with their whispery singing and slim figure. �
Now, the two groups made their summer comeback and transformed in pretty similar ways, yet they again maintain their distinct styles that set the two apart. �SISTAR returned with their flirty track "Touch My Body," which has a catchy hook and a MV set mostly by the poolside, while Girl's Day resumed their cutesy image with "Darling."
Although the two songs and concepts decidedly have different charms, which girl group do you think did a better job of tackling a summery concept for this hotter weather in terms of music, MV, performance, and fashion? �

Ji-Hae:�I was surprised when I heard that the super sexy idols will be coming back this month. Both�Girl's�Day�and SISTAR released an album and their music is so cheerful that they are absolutely perfect for us to listen to during the SUMMER! �When it comes to singing, I've considered Hyorin to be the best singer among idol group members. She has never let me down with her beautiful voice. In addition, "Touch My Body" is addictive with the repetitive hooks "Touch My body" and "Everybody" in the chorus. Although�Girl's�Day's song is not bad at all, SISTAR wins it for me in this category.

Jisue:��I was pretty interested in the comebacks for Girl's Day and SISTAR under the belief they'd do another sexy concept, but they entered the stage with different charming points. When Girl's Day debuted, they focused on the cute and lovely concept. For this promotion, the cute and lovely Girl's Day made their return! However, I have to say, "Touch My Body" is my favorite song so far this summer because I personally like Hyorin's powerful voice and Soyu's sweet voice in this track. I think I liked "The Return of the Sexy Divas" more than "The Summer Party of Cute Girls."

Ji-Hae:�Girl's�Day's MV is the best one this summer as they return with entirely different settings!�Compared to the previous MV for "Something," "Darling" shows a totally different concept as the MV is�so colorful, vivid, and playful.�There are a variety of props and decorations that were nicely chosen for the MV (e.g., water gun, bubbles, darts, swimming pool). These MV settings were also well organized. On the other hand, SISTAR's new MV, "Touch My Body," is not that different from previous ones.�Overall, the MV for�Girl's�Day�is successful in that their playful settings are fit for the bright atmosphere of "Darling" and they changed completely from a sexy to a lovely concept, which was more refreshing.�

Jisue:�Girl's Day emphasized cute more than cool and there were no special scenarios; rather, the four members only had different concepts, clothes, and hair style for each scene rather than a real storyline. �On the other hand, while SISTAR's "Touch My Body" MV had no real sunshine or outdoor shooting (and the girls seem to dance by water rather often), it was SISTAR that made me want to watch their MV again and again. �The sets are decorated with a surfing board, a palm tree, and even feature two guys wearing swimming goggles in the back of the stage. In addition, some celebrities like Kim Bo Sung, No Hong Chul, and Jun Hyun Moo�make funny cameo appearances.�

Performance
Ji-Hae: The members of Girl's Day are very good at live performances as they gradually reach a high level of professionalism, which is why they win this part for me. Even though there are a lot of movements, they are relaxed when they sing the song. Hyeri's solo part is especially awesome on stage as her facial expressions make people smile. The members of Girl's Day dance together in harmony! On the other hand, Dasom seems to break the flow in SISTAR's performance. When I keep my focus on Dasom only, I find that her dancing is somewhat awkward. Even though Hyorin and Soyu sing really well, I could not focus on their performance because of this.

Jisue: �SISTAR's dance moves attract my attention since their moves are big and special. Watching their performance made me personally feel more lively and healthy. The performance for Girl's Day mainly consists of "Shake Shake Move," which I find to be a lovely part of their dance. �Overall, both dances are easy for people to follow but I give the slight edge to Girl's Day.

Fashion
Ji-Hae: Again, I was pleasantly surprised�when sexy idols,�Girl's�Day, returned as cute, girly, and sweet idols! �I think�Girl's�Day's fashion is better than that of any other�girl�group. For "Darling," Girl's�Day�members wear cute flared skirts that they use in their choreography. �They look so cute and young wearing those one-pieces. I also like Hyeri's ribbon on her head. As for Yura, she looks lovely when she wears a bathing suit in the MV. �Girl's�Day is somewhat flexible in that they can be both cute and sexy, even through just fashion! On the other hand, SISTAR�came back in sporty outfits. They chose tight training shorts to show off their hot body, which might not be a good choice for their song, in my opinion. �I think Girl's Day wins with their super cute outfits that perfectly match their super cute song.

Jisue:�All the members of SISTAR have nice, hot bodies and wear form-fitting clothes. Bora used to have dark colored hair but she changed her hair style this time. I was impressed with their fashion. They chose vivid colors and flower-patterned clothes, which I liked. Also, big earrings and other�accessories were attractive.�In particular, the word on the street is that Hyorin got a tattoo on her stomach to cover up a scar, and I find the tattoo pretty sexy. Their tans also portray a healthy image. Girl's Day looked adorable in their white dresses and fun bikini's but I have to give this to SISTAR.
