If you're just catching up with all this, the boys' fans previously started a petition and organized a boycott of the group's upcoming DVD in hopes of getting their points across to the agency. The fans pointed out the agency and its employees have been treating fans as well as reporters rudely, which could eventually be detrimental to VIXX's image. In addition, fans accused the agency of ignoring fans' feedback and request for communication, and using the boys to silence the situation.

The agency has now issued an official apology with a post on their homepage, promising to improve communication and the attitude of its employees.

"This is Jellyfish Entertainment.
We would first like to sincerely apologize for causing fans concern with bad news.�
We apologize for the late response regarding our employees' inappropriate actions on the set of the recent TENASIA interview and the requests to Jellyfish Entertainment by [VIXX's] official fan club STARLIGHT.�
Concerning the inappropriate actions on the set of the TENASIA interview which many are curious about, the employees involved has now respectfully apologized to the reporter and resolved their misunderstanding with the media outlet representatives. We are also in discussion to take disciplinary measures towards the employees involved to prevent similar situations from happening again.
On the matter of the employees' actions towards fans and in various external business affairs, we promise that all the employees will be careful of their attitude and behavior as to not make mistakes or cause misunderstanding.
Jellyfish Entertainment will work to improve communication with fans for VIXX's brighter future. We sincerely apologize once again for causing worry with this incident."

The agency also posted another message on the boys' fan cafe to address more specific complaints from fans. In the message, they also pleaded fans for understanding as this is the first time that the agency has produced an idol group. "Jellyfish first stepped into the idol market with idol group VIXX. Because of this we are experiencing trial and error... We will not act conceitedly because VIXX has achieved success as there is still a long ways to go, and we know that this is a path that we must take together with the fans... Although we can't say that we can change everything at once perfectly, we can say that we will become a Jellyfish that will continue to change and communicate," the agency wrote.

With this apology now out, it seems like like all that's left is for VIXX's fans and the agency to wipe the slate clean and start working together to produce a synergy effect!
