She may not look it, but SECRET's Sunhwa revealed herself to be quite the hiker. With her appearance on KBS 2TV's '1 Vs. 100', the idol talked about one her favorite hobbies, rigorous hiking as a form of exercise and also a great way to relieve stress!

MC Han Suk Joon said on the show, "Although you may not look it, I heard you enjoy hiking."  She replied, "I do like hiking.  I often go to Cheonggye mountain and hike, even to the point that my manager calls me the 'Cheonggye mountain Flying Squirrel'.  At first, I went with the managers, but they got tired, so these days, I go alone."

When asked what she likes the most about this hobby and she said, "As an idol, I spend most of my time in cars.  I started feeling depressed and suffocated. Through hiking alone, I'm able to sort out the thoughts I have... I go often to relieve my stress."
