The actor is always going above and beyond in his craft, and in this latest drama, he took on the role of an alien called Do Min Jun who lives 400 years on earth with playing different characters throughout the years, including being a Joseon Dynasty civilian, doctor, soldier, and professor.

Kim Soo Hyun shared, "Reading the script for 'You Who Came From the Stars', I was left in admiration about the format of Do Min Jun, who lives through different generations and occupations during the past 400 years. Following 'Moon That Embraces the Sun', I was able to wear a Joseon Dynasty hanbok again. I tried to bring out the characteristic points of each generation with touches like bell-bottoms and long hairstyles."

"Due to the filming of various concepts in this way, not just myself but the staff also meticulously wore many hats as well. Especially thanks to director Jang Tae Yoo who filmed it well, the drama came out more interesting. I am satisfied that the viewers showed a good response."
