Although Jung Woong In is known for his role as a villain on SBS hit drama 'I Hear Your Voice', he also made fans' hearts melt with his fatherly love so it's no wonder that he's being considered to join the team of fathers!
His agency PI Entertainment rep revealed to Star News on the 25th, "[Jung Woong In] has received the casting offer to be fixed members with his oldest daughter Se Yoon (6) on 'Dad, Where Are You Going?' season 2..."
The show's rep also told Newsen that nothing has been confirmed yet, "Jung Woong In's casting is in the final stage of talks. Although it is true that he recently met up with the producers, his casting has not been confirmed... Since season one of 'Dad, Where Are You Going?' is still airing, we are currently taking our time in arranging the member [lineup]. All of the members are not 100% set in stone yet... Thus, the first filming date has also not been confirmed."
His agency rep later confirmed that he has rejected the casting offer on the 25th, "It is true that Jung Woong In received the casting offer for 'Dad, Where Are You Going? 2'... But he has decided not to join... Although Jung Woong In seriously considered the casting offer for 'Dad, Where Are You Going? 2', he will focus on his acting career in MBC Mon-Tues drama 'Empress Qi' and his upcoming film."
