In the picture, Tiffany is in the forefront and making it look like she is flicking her fingers at Taeyeon who is in the background, going along with it and making funny expressions in response.  Overall, the two of them are using a wide range of humorous facial expressions to provide their fans with some entertaining pictures and show their close relationship.
