Psy's official YouTube channel has just released a footage of Psy and Scooter Braun (the talent manager behind Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen) regarding the recent announcement of signing with Island Records.

Braun speaks of "breaking down barriers" and to commemorate the occasion, he and Psy take a shot of soju and shake hands.
