The�Korea Times's 9th annual�Korean Music Festival (April 30th, 2011) is drawing fans from across the continent with its star-studded line-up, which will feature idols including Jay Park, 4minute, U-KISS, SECRET, SISTAR, and more, but these aren't the only artists that attendees should be excited to see.
