Former NRG member Lee Sung Jin, who is currently undergoing investigations for fraudulent gambling, has apparently been appointed a court lawyer. Speculations are that the star could not afford a lawyer from a private firm, and was thus appointed a state attorney instead. A representative of Lee Sung Jin stated, "Due to the fraudulent gambling charges, all his assets were exhausted so he's currently suffering financially. This is why he could not hire a private lawyer." It's also been reported that the former idol appeared in court on the 9th without an attorney.
