Jay Park's fanmeeting tickets are overpriced?

Update: We've just received word from DMW, that ticket prices were set by local Korean promoters and not Jay's international management company, as Edaily had initially reported.

Jay Park is about to embark on an Asian fanmeeting tour, but he's already facing problems.

On the 28th, he will have his first fanmeet in Seoul. The event is simply titled, Jay Park Fan Meet Tour 2010 Seoul. People were surprised to find out that tickets to get in are about $65 (77000 WON). The fanmeeting ticket prices are as expensive as concert ticket prices. In Korea, most fanmeeting events cost around $9-$20 (10000-20000 WON). Even big idol groups that belong to SM, YG, and JYP don't go way past this price range. Sometimes, fanmeetings are free because they are for fanclub members. As a result of the disparity in ticket prices, people are complaining that his fanmeeting prices are too high. But even so, the tickets have all been sold out in mere minutes. The prices were decided by Jay's international management company, and while I'm sure the show will be a great experience for his fans, money is always an issue. Source: Edaily
