With Shindong, Donghae, Sungmin and Siwon already in the Twitterverse, Super Junior's Kim Heechul became the 5th member to get a twitter account today. He revealed this in a diary entry and through the header of his Cyworld on April 21st with the link of his new twitter account, heedictator which more or less makes his twitter account authentic. He had earlier made an account hee18 but deleted it and made a new one. In his first tweet posted today, he wrote a chinese proverb, which when translated literally means, "be it heaven or earth, heechul rules."
