T-ara's diet plans and schedules revealed

T-News followed T-ara to see reveal the girls' everyday lifestyles. The members have had numerous transformations with their innocent image during Lies, the charismatic one of�TTL (Time to Love), a cute concept for Bo Peep Bo Peep and a sexy one for Like the First Time. But let's see what happens behind the stage. After a recent filming session for�Inkigayo, T-ara arrived at their practice room around 6:30PM. They promptly changed into their practice attire and practiced �their dance moves and vocals.�The girls stretched their bodies for about ten minutes and then began practicing their choreography for Bo Peep Bo Peep and Like the First Time even though they've practiced these performances millions of times. "When our schedule is over, we come straight to the practice room and practice till 3 or 4AM. We only sleep for about two to three hours a day so we do get tired," leader Eunjung revealed. "We used to go over basic dance moves but we're so busy now that we just go over our own choreography. We practice at least three hours a day." So is this extremely exhausting? "It's better when we have a busy schedule," Soyeon expressed. "After TTL, we had about a week off. Everyone thought it was a break for us, but we actually had to go through hard training. We practiced one day from 12PM-1AM... that's thirteen hours! It was so hard." As for T-ara's eating habits?�The girls are skinny right now, but they're still on a diet to look even better in the future. However, since the interview lasted so long and they were in their practice room, the girls ordered pork katsu and soup. "To be honest, we don't really eat breakfast," Boram admitted. "Our schedule goes really late and we practice even longer, so it's hard to always make sure to eat proper meals. Since we're on a diet right now, we eat bananas, yogurt, cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoes and more for lunch and dinner." So how are they able to watch their diet, follow their packed schedule and practice afterwards?�"We have to dance with enthusiasm on stage so it is hard to handle in terms of strength and energy," Soyeon said, "but we're just trying to show a better side of us so we can do it." Member Qri agreed, adding,�"Like the First Time has a lot of choreography in which we have to use our hips and butts. We practiced extra hard this time so we lost a lot of fat from our butts. Bodies aren't flattering when they're too skinny. We want to have curvier bodies, so we eat well and work out." [gallery]
