SM Entertainment recently cleared the air by stating, "Tiffany wasn't present for the filming of Intimate Note because she was in America. Her grandfather who lives in America, unfortunately passed away and she had to quickly return to America." Poor Tiffany, shortly after celebrating her 20th birthday, her grandfather passes away.
