Earlier today, many official videos on YouTube were getting hacked by a few antis, so far identified as users Aishiteru197, SwiftOmega, and weaboochan (now deleted).
The users visited several official SM Entertainment videos where they would input certain comments using Java script and HTML to stop the video from working properly, causing comments to go invisible, and many other video functions such as favoriting, liking, and commenting to stop working. Nasty comments were left on the official videos, as well as many unofficial ones that were attacked as well.
One of the comments was clearly visible on Super Junior‘s BONAMANA music video which can be seen below.
The official YouTube crew has since taken action on those comments by removing them and disallowing for further similar scripts to be run again. The videos are working fine now, however those users are continuing to leave racial comments on all kinds of k-pop related videos as well as trying different scripts to further ruin them.
Other videos affected include SNSD’s Oh! and Run Devil Run, SMTOWN Live 10, most TVXQ music videos, and many more unofficial videos.
These antis are quite pathetic, don’t you think? Many thanks to SJ-World for the screenshot.
