f(x)’s Krystal, Gummy, 2PM’s Junsu talk about the hardships of being singers
f(x)’s Krystal revealed the downside of being a female singer on SBS Delicious Invitation.
She opened up by saying, “I get hurt a lot as a female singer.”
She explained, “Since I’m in a girl group, people judge me all kinds of things from my vocals to my body so it’s really hard on me. All girl group members feel this way.”
Singer Gummy said, “I’m lonely because I’m a female singer. Since I sing sad songs, my life models after it and I can’t love comfortably.”
2PM’s Junsu joked, “I get smelly because I’m a male singer. Chansung sleeps on the floor and Taecyeon doesn’t even take off his makeup. Our members are really becoming beasts.”
Who do you feel the worst for; a girl who gets judged, a girl that lost a cheerful life or a boy that smells bad?

I feel the worst for Gummy b/c Im going through what shes going through right now, i can’t love my girfriend comfortably, junsu, its ok, everyone sweats, and krystal, I understand, I’m fifteen so, i know what it’s like to get judgedbased on things. =)
both girls def. its not fair cause i always notice people bad-mouthing the girls the little tiniest things. and the boy idol groups can get away with almost anything..
we girls get judged wayy too much, even as normal girls.
so i can’t even imagine how the female singers who everyone knows are being judged. and what they’re going through.

I’m sure there are hardships for everyone but I can imagine why it’s super hard to be a female idol. Everybody will be so busy criticizing you heavily on your looks, your behavior, reputation, past, relationships, etc that nobody will focus on the actual singing and dancing aspect (and beware if you’re not that good). It’s hard to hear at a young age because you’re impressionable, but it doesn’t get any better as you age bc then you get criticism that you’re aging.
there are down sides to everything but the important thing is they fight and become stronger. as for junsu, bathe? but taecyeon should learn about proper hygiene or he will get pimples!

They get criticized for EVERY LITTLE THING they do.
I don’t think I would be able to handle that. Get angry easily, get criticized for that. It’s like a neverending cycle.
So I sympathize with them greatly. :\
It’s so sad the female always get judge on everything. Just because they are idols, fans expect them to be perfect.

i hate people that are lonely, i want to sit next to gummy and just act crazy so i can make her smile =] why are ANTI’s hating on people? i don’t get it.. it’s not like they said something about your mom.
