Wonder Girls Sunmi injures ankle prior to Shanghai concert

But she will still perform!

With “The 1st WONDER 2009 Shanghai concert” scheduled for December 1st, Wonder Girls member Sunmi was spotted with a cast around her ankle as she landed in China, worrying her fans.

A JYP Entertainment rep stated:

“During practice she twisted her ankle. Her ligaments were slightly injured, but we put a cast around her ankle just in case to prevent any additional injury. There will be no problems with her performing though and she actually has a burning passion for this concert.”

Glad to hear Sunmi is alright and I’m sure the Wonder Girls will rock the stage!

    You can see her limping in the fancams, but she definitely blew me away when she did her solo (Umbrella cover). Hot and sexy.

    I hope she takes it easy for a while so she’ll be better in time for the concert. <3 She’s really courageous to still try to perform on a twisted ankle ; I remember when I did that to mine, I wanted to cry like a freakin’ baby, LOL!
