Big Bang and TVXQ receive the Gold Artist Award
And the Hallyu phenomenon continues…
On the Best Hit Song Awards 2009 aired through Japan TV on the 26th, two of Korea’s favorite male idol groups received the Gold Artist Award. They were none other than Big Bang and TVXQ.
This has actually been the second time for the senior TVXQ boys to claim this glorifying title, whereas it’s a first for the rookie Big Bang boys who only debuted in Japan five months ago.
As many already know, TVXQ is still twisted in a dispute with SM Entertainment regarding their unfair contracts. Due to this reason, the special stage for this event was extra special for the fans who have waited a long time to see the five boys come together as one again. U-Know Yunho expressed during rehearsal, “I really want to go up on stage. I am very happy to be awarded the Gold Artist Award.”
In contrast to TVXQ, Big Bang does not have many achievements in Japan yet. However, after releasing their first single My Heaven, their popularity skyrocketed in Japan, reaching up to the second place on the Oricon Daily Charts. In addition, their second single Gara Gara Go! successfully climbed to third.

fans are so full of it sometimes. at a time like this, does it fucking matter who won what award or who took longer? DBSK is on the verge of break-up (even a blind, incompetent idiot can see that) and we’re still squabbling like last year when DBSK made their Korean comeback. I personally don’t give a damn about BIgBang right now, sink, swim, win or lose, I don’t like them so I’ll ignore whatever they do in whatever country. Personally, DBSK’s suffocatingly thick tension between their group members is just about trumps any petty arguments for me. They’re in Japan, hundreds of miles from SMEnt, please please just work this issue out. I want the adorable soulfighters and sickeningly sweet yunjae moments back already!
While it touches my heart deeply to see the boys together once again….I still cant help but feel the unresolved tension between them. You could tell how awkward they felt standing next to each other. “/ This has really lowered my hopes. I pray the boys will be able to reunite, I am certain that things will never go back to the same carefree way things were with the boys. They are no longer allowed to be the childish and carefree idols they once were. Now they must stand for what it takes to pull through such hardships. In a way this whole situation has stolen their innocence and it depresses me. I hope they can cheerfully reunite one day. However this cassie is losing her hope of her boys-no now they are men- ever being happy again. “/ TT-TT DBSK deserved this award as they deserve their money and fair treatment. But the divide between them is already proving to be much more than we thought. Changmin used to cling to JJ at these things… now he barely strays near him and clings to Yunho. *deep sigh* Keep fighting my men~! Work to only bring yourselves honor and closer together. You have our full support!

this isn’t like them.. I hate yunho’s blank face n jaechunsu looks sad espicially jejung n is it just me or is changmin always keep his distance between jaejoong? they hardly even smile.. I bet even if they are..its just for the sake of the fans.. TT____TT where is DBSK?!! damnit..

I saw a little far-fetched and sometimes uncomfortable between them, which not only sad for the fans, just themselves also feel tired and depressed, if they are, I will not drag the attachment, as stories this is not going to, obviously can see the future, if all five of them with the heart, not by very small things, but here again 2:3 though they appear together, but in the middle always a gap never be deleted
although the boys (tvxq) are usually lined up this way, i think it made things much more awkward during the interview. changmin was standing especially close to yunho (no wonder) and he wouldn’t even look at the other three. yunho was lively during the interview, but looked pretty mellowed out during the performance, along with changmin. while jaejoong, yoochun, and junsu really looked alive during the performance. i’m glad that they received this award, i just wish they had received this award during happier times.

didn’t get to watch the interview at first, but dbsk def looked a little sad during the rehearsal and perf. hope they’ll be able to get through this and not let it affect their friendships with each other. so sad…

SM is full of shit. no wonder they’re so unhappy.. they can’t talk to jaechunsu .. since jaechunsu weren’t informed of sm’s stupid conditions, that probably made them even more sad. i don’t think its DBSK that’s divided honestly. i think it’s SM dividing them by controlling homin. I think homin WANT to side with the rest of dbsk, but somehow sm is still controlling them.. UGH, i’m so upset and i wanna cry because this is unfair to the members. I wish Avex would save them from sm or something. Anyways, I still believe that the DBSK members are all friends; they just can’t show it because of SM.

i am happy to see DBSK together on the same stage again.. but i can’t help noticing their sad faces.. and is it just me or there really is a gap between jaejoong and changmin that separates the group into two.. i know they are arranged in that way but i can’t help noticing it right now… ????

[NEWS] Three Conditions Of SME
Avex needed Tohoshinki to return Japan for activities urgently, and SME agreed under 3 conditions.
1.Keeping a close watch through out the whole course.
2.There should not be any contact/conversation between HoMin and JaeSuChun.
3,Only HoMin are allow to respond during an interview.
On top of that, JaeSuChun were not told of these conditions before and were merely informed of the activities.

i can see an imaginary boundary between changmin and jaejoong but i’m happy to see them all 5 together in one stage again. as for Big Bang,i prefer Let Me Hear Your Voice than Gara Gara Go. cool to see the two hottest boy groups again in action.

Congratulations to DBSK!!!!! It was nice to see the 5 Dong Bang boys on stage and with each other. Though, they didn’t look so happy. I was happy to see them perform but they didn’t seem into it. Their voices just didn’t seem the same. :( I hope they can perform together back in Korea soon. We need to get rid of this dispute. Stay strong guys.
