Ballad singer Tei, has finally returned with a new mini-album titled, “The Shine 2009,” after a long hiatus and it is looking not too bad. A plus is one of the songs titled, “Mr. Lonely” which features After School’s Bekha and her powerful rapping. The soulful voice of Tei mixed with the powerful rap of Bekha does not seem like a bad combination at all!
