4minute does Tell Me
It wasn’t so long ago, well almost 2 years ago, where the Wonder Girls made a big splash with Tell Me in 2007 and the rest they say is history, as they are now making headlines all over America as guest performers for the Jonas Brothers concert tour until the end of the year.
Many wondered what might have been if Kim Hyun Ah had not left Wonder Girls before Tell Me due to health issues. Well, 2 years later, Hyun Ah is now fully recovered and back as part of Cube Entertainment’s 5 member girl group, 4minute. We were given a taste of what might have been as Hyun Ah performed a shortened version of Tell Me with her fellow 4minute members on the 2nd July episode of MNET M! Countdown for the Countdown Heroes segment.
A breakdown of who’s playing who.
Hyun Ah – Sun Mi & Yoo Bin

Ga Yoon – Ye Eun
Ji Yoon – Sun Ye
Ji Hyun – Generic dancer
I wonder if Ji Hyun is really the leader because she doesn’t sing at all unlike the other 4. Hyun Ah once again has the most parts, taking even the rapping part which I thought Ji Yoon or Ji Hyun might be doing. I don’t care if they were lipsyncing or anything, as it was great to hear Tell Me again on Korean tv after so long and probably for a long while to come. I like the 3-shot Omona portion by So Hyun at 1:58.

WTH?!!! look at the way Hyun Ah is performing. ‘big eyes, blink, big eyes, blink. im lol-ing now. I really like Ji Yoon though..she’s sacrificing her talents!! :( 2NE1 is really the queen. wondergirls= blah.

What’s up with the leader’s voice? It sounds so weird… and the the second girl that sang couldn’t really sing at all >.> Hot Issue is catching, but really the rapper is the only one with talent…
I don’t like her voice. It’s terrible. I know she had a sickness or whatever, but I dont think it affected her. Love the girl with the sunglasses. Hyun Ah, as everyone says, is getting wayy too much attention, for the worst girl in the group. I would not miss her “Irony” days or almost “tell me” days. I think the girl who was singing at the end should have really sang, she lip synced it. Thats Sun Ye’s voice. 4MINUTE is not my favorite group. I only like the girl with the Sunglasses ><

Honestly, the other members are not bad at all. They can sing, but it’s just Hyun Ah.
Rap is supposed to sound sexy and she makes it sound so nasty.
She just totally ruins the whole group’s image. I mean if she has like only one or two lines out of the whole song, I would listen to them. BUT THE WHOLE FREAKING SONG IS HER VOICE.
I would love to see how she goes on.

i don’t really like Hyun Ah’s voice, it’s annoying…
&i don’t get it, why did they give both part (Yoobin’s and Sunmi’s) to Hyun Ah…could have given Sunmi’s to Ji Hyun…too much attention on Hyun Ah not enough on the other members. But i still like the performance, So Hyun and So Hee do look kinda similar lol.
