Wonder Girls member Yoobin apparently posted a disturbing message on her cyworld recently with an entry titled: “Please, no more…”
In the entry she wrote: “I Know, so please stop it… I feel it, so please stop now…” Sookyeong took a screenshot of the entry shown below but the entry was deleted shortly after it was posted.
Wonderkid did some research and stated that her body was hotly debated recently on the Daum message boards, saying that she has become fat. Also, if you do a search for Yoobin on Daum (one of Korea’s most popular search engines) the related searches show up for “Yoobin’s body, Yoobin fat, Yoobin pictures when she was skinny.”
If you look at the pictures, you can see that Yoobin has gained some weight. But she isn’t fat by any means. I prefer Yoobin now than before, it’s good for a girl to have some meat on her bones. She’s beautiful just the way she is, now if she turns into the Goodyear Blimp… that’s a different story. Poor Girl, Yoobin just needs a hug and I’ll definitely give her more than that if she wants…

How ridiculous. If Yoobin is fat, consider half of the female population total whales. She’s probably beating herself up enough right now; she doesn’t need other people throwing it in her face. Yoobin looks AMAZING. There is nothing fat about her. The girl’s got curves – what a WOMAN should have.

if you watch the “now” video she has obviously gained at least 10-15 pounds but now she looks normal. In the tell me video she looks way to skinny. She was skinnier than the rest of the girls. Go yoobin!

I agree with pretty much everyone here – Yoobin is not fat. Not in any way shape or form. Yes she is a little bigger than she was before but people have to remember that she’s also growing up and besides, SO WHAT if she’s not stick skinny? She’s healthy, sings and dances well and that should be enough for everyone.
On the same note, I am continually baffled at why so many Korean stars/idols keep homepages. That’s just setting themselves up for anti’s and haters to post hurtful comments. They should at least limit the comments to friends or fans…

^#17 cardinaltree: i second that. majority of the female celebrities that i see have got the bodies of 12 year olds..all skin and bones (i’m sure some guys are into that stuff..so to each their own). but it’s refreshing to see a girl who’s actually healthy and have some shape to her besides being a stick figure. to me, those girls like yoobin actually stands out against all the sickly skinny ones (who all look the same to me).

I find it disgusting how much bashing the wondergirls get for their weight. Do netizens have nothing better to do then guess their body fat %? They constantly bash Sun Mi for being too skinny when she tries her hardest to gain weight. They bashed Yoo Bin for being to skinny aswell and when she finally puts on a pound or two they have a field day. They all got on Ye Eun about her weight as well and now she has dropped some. Constant comments about So Hee in all forms, that girl can do no right for them. Sun Ye is the only one above reproach but I think that is due to the fact she goes to the gym for like 3 hours a day, and has been dealing with the industry longer so she is harder to bring down. Though I’m sure they are working around the clock to find something to bash on her about.
