Lee Chae Min has stepped down as the host of 'Music Bank', and Moon Sang Min is in talks to take over as the new MC.

On April 30, Lee Chae Min's label Gold Medalist confirmed Lee Chae Min is leaving KBS' 'Music Bank' after his final episode on May 3. He's stepping down after 1 year and 7 months of hosting to focus on acting after beginning to host the music show in September of 2022. 

Reports also revealed Moon Sang Min is in talks to take over Lee Chae Min's hot spot. His label Awesome ENT stated, "It's true Moon Sang Min received an offer to be host for 'Music Bank'. He's currently reviewing the offer in a positive light." KBS also clarified, "Until the next MC is confirmed, the show will be joined by special hosts."

In other news, Lee Chae Min's upcoming Netflix drama 'Hierarchy' is set to be released in June. 

Lee Chae Min's final 'Music Bank' episode is airing on May 3 at 5:10PM KST.
